Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the items are still in your cart when you log into your account, you can cancel your order and choose whether to keep the items in your cart. Press the Cart button and then choose to cancel your order. The prices for items you leave in your cart will be adjusted to reflect current prices and sales. You can also change your delivery day and time.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM SUBSTITUTIONS

Occasionally, a product you order may be out of stock and, in most cases, we will automatically substitute with a similar item.

While we make every attempt to substitute like-for-like items, ingredients can often vary. Please check the substituted item carefully for any allergy concerns. If the item does not meet your expectations, please call Customer Care (876) 922-2386 and we will gladly refund the purchase price.

RAIN CHECKS FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a sale item you ordered is out of stock, we can issue you an electronic rain check by placing the item back in your cart at sale price. The price will be valid for 2 days from the date issued. Please contact Customer Care at (876) 922-2386. Quantity limit is 3 for rain check items.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product in your order, please call our Customer Care Department at (876) 922-2386 and a representative will be happy to assist you.  You have up to 2 days after delivery, or until the expiration date printed on the product — whichever is earlier — to contact us for resolution.   StoreToDoor may require the return of products prior to issuing a credit.  Some exceptions may apply.

If you are missing a product which is not noted as out of stock, you have 12 hours from the time of delivery to notify StoreToDoorJa Customer Care for a full refund.  This is not applicable to mead products – the driver must be notified at the time of delivery.

What are your pricing policies?

Prices for items you place in your cart will be guaranteed as long as your order is submitted prior to the sale price expiration date and delivered (or picked up by you at a designated pick-up location) within 2 calendar days from the day you originally placed your order. After 2 days, prices will be adjusted to reflect current prices.

*Unit prices are subject to rounding error and are displayed to assist in comparison shopping. Please refer to the price field to determine the total cost of the product. Prices and totals listed online, and on email confirmations, are estimated and do not include any applicable bottle deposits or bottle taxes and are subject to change due to actual weights, taxes and availability.

How do you deliver?

Please make sure that someone is home and available to accept your order during your scheduled delivery time. If we are unable to leave your order, or must make multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a fee. See Service Fees & Tipping. Please secure your pets prior to your driver’s arrival. To ensure the freshness of your products, your order may be packed with dry ice.

REDELIVERY FEE

StoreToDoorJa charges a $1,000 redelivery fee for multiple delivery attempts. We cannot guarantee the quality of perishable items included in a redelivery.

RESTOCKING FEE

If we are unable to deliver your order, or your order is cancelled after we begin preparing it for delivery, you will be charged a $1,000 restocking fee. Additionally, cancelled orders containing specially requested items are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of those items.

HANDLING FEE

StoreToDoorJa charges a $500 handling fee for all checking account payments returned by the bank.*
